We’ve all been there. Thankfully, our friend Kate from She Lion has our collective backs.
Corporate lawyer and fashionista by day, Kate noticed a gap in the market for stylish, yet functional, bags for women. The kind fits everything you need to get through a busy day, without looking like it belonged to your grandfather… or the need to carry five other bags. Not content to like it and lump it, Kate set out to fix this problem.
After quitting her job as an intellectual property lawyer, Kate set out to learn everything that she needed to know to design her own bags and create her own handbag label. While honing her skills, Kate headed back to law part time to fund the bills that inevitably come when you find yourself with a whole warehouse full. Imagine!
The result? An incredible collection of bags that will help the busiest woman feel stylish, well-organised and transition perfectly from day to night. In a nod to her corporate roots, Kate named the bags for power women: the Deal Closer, the Negotiator and the Strategist are just some of the bags included in her first collection.
