There’s a culture here of warmth and friendliness that makes you feel welcome and cared for. From check-in, to dining, to drinking, to housekeeping, each member of staff that I came across seemed genuinely happy to be there, and to have you there. And that, in my opinion, is the jam in the Jaffa Cake for a lovely luxury hotel stay.
