MELBOURNE | It's time to loosen those waistbands and get yourself down to the Royal Exhibition Building at Carlton Gardens for the annual Italian Wine and Food Festival this weekend.
Imbibe in the wine zone amongst over 200 Italian wines, indulge on goods from the local likes of Bottega, Mr Bianco, Massi, 400 Gradi and La Svolta, or saddle up to the Negroni Bar for Italian aperitivi and cocktails.
You'll also find an Italian market, cooking demonstrations on the main stage and pizza acrobatics (you'll have to see it to believe it). This year also introduces a kids' zone with yard games and fooz ball tables, making it an event for the whole family (with free entry for kids).
Tickets are $25 pre-purchase or $30 on the day and the feast will run all day long from 10am to 6.30pm this Sunday. Prego! xo
